Account verification
To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.
Security codes
The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover/MasterCard/Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards
Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order, even if there is enough money in an account. Many are as low as $500 per day. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.
When Austin Flight Check charges your account
When you place an order, Austin Flight Check will contact your credit or debit card's issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. Austin Flight Check requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount. As Austin Flight Check prepares your items, authorized funds will be unavailable and may display as "pending" on your credit or debit card's online statement.
If you are shipping an item, your card will only be charged after the item has shipped. For pickup items, you will be billed before your item is ready for pick up. If your order contains multiple items, you may see multiple charges on your credit or debit card statement.
If you cancel your order before your items are billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

Cards are accepted from most foreign countries without exception. There may be some limitations due to embargos or relationships between that country's financial operations and merchant processors. Contact your financial institution for possible limitations.
Any gift card issued by a credit card company can be used as a method of payment with Austin Flight Check. During checkout, if you are paying with a gift card issued by a credit card company, you can combine it with one credit card.

Austin Flight Check Gift Certificate
You can redeem an Austin Flight Check Gift Card at the online AustinFlightCheck.com or by calling (936) 232-8700. Austin Flight Check Gift Certificates can be used only in the United States. With the exception of gift cards, certificates, you can purchase just about anything sold by Austin Flight Check, including products from both Austin Flight Check and third-party makers.

Tax
In accordance with Texas state and local law, your Austin Flight Check purchases will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or use tax rate for your shipping address, or the Austin Flight Check address where the item is picked up. Generally, this tax is 8.25%.
The tax listed during checkout is only an estimate. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable discounts, rebates or fees.
Tax-exempt Orders
To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call Austin Flight Check at (936) 232-8700. You will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the organization where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not applicable.
